1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SiteSpring platform, website, and services. SiteSpring is a trading name of DOWO Cloud Ltd, part of the DOWO Group. Company number 16282882. Registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

SiteSpring provides professionally managed website design, hosting, and growth services. We build your website for free within 48 hours. You then pay a monthly subscription fee for hosting, support, and ongoing services.

All services are delivered on a rolling monthly basis. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All website designs, source code, templates, configurations, and underlying platform technology remain the intellectual property of SiteSpring. You are licensed to use these assets during your active subscription.

You may not duplicate, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our service or platform without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of all content, images, text, and branding materials that you supply to us. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selected billing cycle. All fees are stated in GBP and are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate.

If your subscription ends or is cancelled, all services will cease at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

5. No Warranties After Subscription End

Once your subscription ends, SiteSpring provides no warranties, guarantees, or support regarding the continued functionality, availability, or compatibility of your website or any associated services. We strongly recommend maintaining an active subscription to ensure uninterrupted service.

6. Content and Conduct

You may not use SiteSpring to host, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, advertising standards, and consumer protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SiteSpring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to SiteSpring in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
